Where does contribute (with publishing server) storedraft pages ?
Trying to set up contribute on our school network.
I can edit pages on my computer via contribute but the other user I am
trialing with can not.
It hangs on her computer when trying to create the draft page - I presume it
might be a file permission setting somewhere so I am interested in finding out
where the drafts are actually stored. She can connect to the site and click on
the 'Edit Page' link but this then hangs about 25% in creating the draft page.
Is it on the local computer or are drafts stored on the publishing server
itself.
Thanks for any help.

Re: Where does contribute (with publishing server) storedraft pages ?
Hi,
The drafts are stored in the local machine and a lock file is created on the
server. To be more precise, the location where the drafts are stored are
c:\documents and settings\<users>\Local settings\Application
Data\Macromedia\Contribute 3\sites\<site number>\. You will have a filename.LCK
stored at the server
