Where is my Adobe Acrobat menu in Word?
I used to have the Acrobat menu in my word application, it is not there any more, it is in Excel, and PowerPoint but not in Word. It is not in View/Toolbars/ either. How can I get it back? Do I need to re-install Acrobat? Please help.

Re: Where is my Adobe Acrobat menu in Word?
You have not mentioned what version of Windows, Acrobat or Office you have.
Assuming that everything is compatible and it was working "yesterday" but suddenly stopped then your best option would be to try to reload the PDFMaker macro in Word - an update to Office/Windows can knock this out.
In Word,
Tools > Templates and Add-ins > [select] PDFMaker.dot (not PDFMakerA.dot)
If this does not add the PDFMaker then there are 2 documents in the knowledge base which might help depending on version of Acrobat you have.

Go to find the Add In Manager (in German Version Extras-Add In). Disable the
Acrobat Add in and then Enable it.
You find the Add In the Acrobat Folder on your Hard Disk.
The Macro Security must be set low.

Re: Where is my Adobe Acrobat menu in Word?
Dorian Gray, You are right I need to enter more information.
Windows 2000
Acrobat 6.0.1 Professional
Office XP
I followed your instructions and re-loaded the PDFMaker.dot macro, I got a message saying "Serious problems were reported last time PDFMaker.dot was loaded, do you still want to continue?" I said yes and then the Acrobat Menu was visible in Word. I created the my PDF from word by clicking the 'Convert to Adobe PDF' butoon and it created my PDF with bookmarks (which it solves my other problem).
Thank you very much, you have solved in less than 24 hours my two issues. I am a happy camper.
Regards,
Eduardo.
