Where is the illusive "InDesign User Guide"
The user guide is cited a number of times within this forum and I have searched all the CD's that came with the Suite (I have the Premium Edition) and I have searched all the files on my hard drive. Where is it?
Also, what is the difference between the user guide and InDesign CS Help pdf?
