Where is the Vertical text property???

On the Label's property sheet, click on the 'Other' tab.
It's right under the Name property.

The Vertical property of a label is the fifth property
listed in the All tab of the properties window. It has
two option Yes or No.

I was looking under Format, which made more sense to me!
