Which format is best eps, ai, or tiff?

I am helping coworkers with logos but the guy who works with Indesign says logos are fuzzy. I made him eps and ai files to use. Am I missing something? Are there special ways to save things in Illustrator for use in Indesign?

Are they fuzzy on screen or in print?
If simply fuzzy on screen, then they need to turn on High Quality Display
View>Display Performance>High Quality Display.

If they are fuzzy in print, there may be a problem in the way you are saving
the file, but any of those file formats should provide good quality print.
Of course this presupposes that the images are good quality or are vector.
