I had a terrible time upgrading our development server from CFMX 6.1 to CFMX 7
and now I have to do our production server. Instead of going back to our CD, I
want to install 7.0.1 directly. The FAQ states:

If you have purchased boxed copies of ColdFusion MX 7, you may want to
download full installers for the product with the Updater already applied. You
can download these kits today from our trial download site

So I go to the download page and I read:

ColdFusion MX 7 Trial Edition is fully functional and intended for simulated
production and evaluation purposes only. It contains all of the Enterprise
Edition features.

I have a license for the Standard edition, not Enterprise. Do I download the
Windows Trial Edition? When I install it will it install all of the Enterprise
features, and when i put in my license key CF will disable those features that
aren't in the Standard edition? Are there any problems with this? Is this
basically the same install file that comes on the CD?

And, does anyone know why the Web Server Connector script in the installer
fails? I believe that was part of the problem that we had. If I'm upgrading
from 6.1, should I stop the services before installing 7.0.1? The installer
seems to get *really* confused when it's updating 6.1 to 7.

thanks...
