Which one is more recommended?
I am talking about the rollover buttons. Within Director environment it is simple to create rollover buttons using bitmaps from cast window for example. Also ready-to-use flash buttons are available. Approaching from the size and loading (fast performance) point of view which one is more recommended?

Re: Which one is more recommended?
The slim advantage of Flash file size is the only advantage. The
disadvantages are many: each individual Flash sprite forces another
instance of the Flash Xtra and this adversely effects performance, you
are stuck with the "look" of Flash vector art, using Director's methods
for buttons, you can use any object in any format that you like for the
button art, using Flash buttons, you are stuck with three button
states, if this works, it works, but many times you will want more than
three states for your buttons, Flash has a very slow response time and
so reading the state of a Flash button through Director can slow down
the operation of your Director movie.
