Are you exporting as a JPG? JPG compression can often cause slight
discoloration. If possible, try exporting as a GIF. If you are concerned
about gradients, set dithering to 100 to make them smooth.

Remember that the view of the source file is often not the same as the
exported image - use the Preview to check integrity of the file with export
settings.
