Why Acrobat Distiller don't want to create pdf file A5 from Word-document A5?

I have a truble...
I want to print A5 word-document from MS Office by Distiller 5.0? but I get
A4 pdf file...Why Acrobat Distiller don't want to create pdf file A5 from Word-document A5?

OS - Win2000 Pro or Win XP
Adobe Acrobat 5.0

Change the page size of the Acrobat Distiller printer in the same way as you would do for a "paper printer".

Exactly what procedure are you using to create a PDF? (and from what version of Word?)

Office XP...
But away, under Win98 distiller work needed!

The first thing you need to make sure you are doing is using Acrobat 5.0.5.

If you are then as I asked above, how are you creating the PDF?

I have a Acrobat 5.0.0 22.03.2001
Work by step:
1.Create document in Office A5
2.Menu Print - select Distiller
3.Select Property of Print - size sheet - Other - 5.83x8.27 inch and in Setup Adobe PDF - ebook - standart size - 5.83x8.27 inch
4. Click Print
5. View result in Adobe and result format A4 :o(

Update Acrobat to 5.0.5. This make it compatible with WinXP as well as Office XP. With this done then you can use the PDFMaker icons in Word, making life simpler.

In Word,

File > Page Setup. Here define the page size as A5.

Then File > Print > Acrobat Distiller > Properties > Layout > Properties and choose A5.

If you do this does the page size in the bottom left of the screen when viewed in Acrobat not match the A5 dimensions?
