why did I waste my money upgrading to illustrator CS?

I want my money back!

I upgraded with the hope some of the issues dealing with text would be improved in this newer version....little did I know that I would be buying this thing that's twice as bad to use:

I've worked on files, only to have them not appear after I've save them as .eps

I've been using Illustrator for a couple of years now for text-heavy work (like brochures) because it's so convenient to do fine illo edits and text in the same program....it's now a NIGHTMARE. I try to nudge a text box only to have that stupid beach ball thing spin for about 5 seconds after each nudge

Probably there is a better place to rant than here. Get on the phone, call the adobe help line and wait on hold for half an hour, then talk to somebody in mesopotania who has never heard of adobe before, and then go back to the store you bought it at and shoot everyone there. Basically we cant help you, and you're on your own.
