how do i have to change the navigation, that it looks the same way in
mozilla/netscape and in IE.

in IE the gradient is aligned on the witdh of the window, in
netscape/mozilla it isn't. and the design also differs where the two flash
movies meet the buttons and the gradient. why isn't it aligned in
netscape/mozilla as in IE?
