Why does the mouse-wheel does not scroll?

Hi,

I'd like to make the mouse-wheel of my '3-button' mouse move the scroll bar
and thus scroll the focused view. Unfortunately, I does not by default.

Do I have to set some attribute, to mimic the behaviour of 'native' apps?

I've seen it scroll in IE7 but not in Firefox. Haven't really looked into it yet though.

i have mousewheel scrolling in my flex apps on ie7 and firefox. could you direct to a simple page which contains the problem, with source?

I would also like an explanation of this. My List components DO NOT scroll by default with the mouse wheel.....but my lists have itemrenderes in the rows...does that make a difference?
