why doesn't site load in older browsers?? - Macromedia Dreamweaver

i'm getting complaints that some older browsers, some new, on both platforms are unable to load my site...is there some code in DW (running MX on OSX) that i could add to make my site readable by all? i didn't include anything fancy, like Java... thanks in advance! www.babnyc.org Referring URLs www.babnyc.org...

    Can you be more specific? Which older browsers? Which newer ones? What
    happens when they try to load.

    There is not much on your site to create problems, or is there more than the
    page to which you linked?

    There's at least one problem with the frames, they are declared with
    "scrolling no". In small windows the bottom links are not reachable.
    And the markup of that navigation frame is....hmmm, how should I say?

    i've heard from peeps running os9, and i think Win 98, apparently, something to the effect of "can't load this page"...
    i know that frames do cause some probs in like *ancient* browsers but these aren't that old, and again, there's nothing crazy...
    maybe it is the no-scroll issue, i will try to remedy.

    there are links to follow on the main page (nav bar on the left) that should load in to main-frame center.

    i'm not sure what a mark up is, can you please define/explain your point? i know my site is simple/no frills but i would really
    like any input about how to make all browsers view the site.

    much appreciated!

    Ancient = v2 and below, at least as far as not supporting frames. There are
    none of those!

    Markup = code.
