Probably down to the fonts not being embedded - check via File /
    Document Info / Fonts /

Fonts which are embedded have the words EMBEDDED alongside - all others
are not actually inside the PDF - only reliant upon the host system

Hi Jon, thanks again for the help, this is starting to drive me crazy.
I checked again it says the font is an embedded subset, does that mean it is embedded????
I also toggled the Use local fonts option but it made no difference.
Funny that is works on my old system but not on the G5???

Very odd - if you open via Reader 8.0 - does this now display correctly
    on the G5?

    Hi Jon,
It actually displays correctly on screen, it's only when you print that we have the problem???
