Why is my PDF only showing even pages?
I'm converting a Quark file to PDF. It's a 300 pg. book. I want to be able to see the pages as spreads in the PDF. I can get the spread format, but all I see are the even pages (on both sides of the spread). What am I doing wrong? If I deselect "spreads" in the print dialog box, I get all the pages in single file - odd and even pages. But I want to see the spreads.
