Will Adobe 6.0 recognized files from Adobe 7.0

Here is a rather new user question. I am marking up a .pdf document in Adobe 7.0 Standard. I have been asked to save it down to Adobe 6.0. Not sure how to do that first of all as that is not an option under the save as function. However, will Adobe 6.0 recognize all the comment notes, highlighted text and drawing tools I have used to mark up the original document? Thanks for your help.

Also PDF Optimizer can do it.

Optimizer is not in Acrobat Stndrd though.
