Default will any extension do this type of navigation?

On the left side when you roll over Services it lights up. Text is also nice
and crisp. What extension would do this easily?

The top navigation can be done by Project Sevens: Pop Menu Magic is that right?

That's plain HTML text; Arial if you have it on your system, Helvetica if
you have Helvetica and not Arial, otherwise, your system default sans
    serif font.
