    Hi,
Why don't you use KTML Lite? It's free and has a Server Behavior for
    easy usage in Dreamweaver

I guess mainly because I don't have time to figure out how to implement it,
unless of course there are detailed step by step instructions included,
which I'm finding there are usually not with free products, thus my offer.
See, I'm maintaining a site for a non-profit that deals with the mentally
handicapped, and I will shortly no longer be able to do so, thus leaving
them in a lurch, and wanted to set them up with a way to maintain the site
that someone w/absolutely NO computer skills could do from this point on . .

Sounds like the budget for this project might be small, then....

Again, as I mentioned in my other post, you need more than just an HTML
editor--you need a CMS package to go with it.

I'd suggest you go with a simple blog system such as WordPress.

Yes, the budget is small, because I would pay for it out of my own pocket.
How much would it cost for someone that knows what they're doing & how to do
    it, to document it?

Not being familiar with the product, I can't say, but I'd guess multiple
hundreds of dollars at the least.

You're basically asking someone to give you a step by step account on how to
build a content mangement system. It'd be cheaper to just have them build it
    for you.

Again, I'd go with something pre-made out there. Wordpress is great for
small sites. But there are literally hundreds (thousands?) of CMS options
    out there.
