Win XP

I need to make a bootable disk, for updating my bios. I
dont know how to make one on XP. Can someone tell me how?

My director 7 has worked perfect until I installed Windows XP. Now the audio
will garble when I play a director file and Director will crash and I have
to restart? Is there a problem with Director 7 and Win XP?

Dir 8.5.1 was the first XP compatible version.
