Hi,

I have been struggling trying to fix my win2k3 enterprise that crashed two
days ago to noavail. Perhaps anyone out here can help me out.

For no reason, my win2k3 froze and I had to press the reset button to reboot
the system. And, before I was fast enought to press the F8 key, the system
booted to a normal mode with a warning message similarly saying "At least
one service did not load properly". Then, I logged in using administrator
to find out a blank screen without any icons, i.e. no explorer. I press
CTRL+ALT+DEL key and the menu came out. I clicked the "Task Manager" icon
and nothing happened. Then, I shutdown the system to reboot in the "safe
mode with prompt". At the console, I tried to launch any windows utilities,
i.e. control, compmgmt.msc, taskbar, etc. and none came up. As frustrated
as I am now, I posted here asking for help.
