    Default Windows explorer has....

I keep getting an error message every time I open a
program that windows explorer has encountered a problem
and must close. I hit okay and the bar at the bottom of
teh screen goes away for a few seconds and
then 'reboots'. I don't loose the program I'm working on
but it seems to screw everything I'm working on up.

If you have any ideas, please let me know.

A bit more detail would help.

    What program is faulting?
Exactly what is the error message? Verbatim and leaving nothing off. If need
be, you can look in the event log (start->run->eventvwr), find the error,
double click for detail then hit the clipboard icon and paste it back here.
