Windows Installer for Win XP?
My OS is Win XP Home on a single NTFS partition. When
trying to install MS Office 2000 it is prematurely
terminated with Error 2755. On further investigation I
note that I have to change the permissions in the Windows
Installer to full control. Question: How do I do this?
There are no step-by-step guidelines anywhere - and trust
me, I have spent the entire weekend looking for them -
very perplexing!!
