Windows.old folder
Has anyone tried to delete this folder after installing the new release?
I'm getting errors saying i have insufficient permissions but i'm logged in
as administrator. I also can't empty the recycle bin and it may be related
to this issue also.

Re: Windows.old folder
In past builds, the best way to delete was to take owner ship of the file.

Re: Windows.old folder
I guess I took ownership the wrong way because it still won't do the delete.

Re: Windows.old folder
Hello!
You now have to edit the rights to allow "Full control"
to the new owner(s) (administrator(s)).
Cheers, Roman

Re: Windows.old folder
What worked for mem is I renamed it to "WindowsJUNK" all one word, and
deleted that. I think from renaming it I must have broken the permissions or
something on it, but usually renaming it when it says it can't be deleted,
means that you can delete it ;o)
