Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 Interferes withStreaming
After installing Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 the Flash Communication
Server does not stream properly. Streams will play for a second, rebuffer,
play for a second, rebuffer, etc. Once I removed Service Pack 1, everything is
fine.
However, I can't just leave Service Pack 1 uninstalled because SP1 and the
patches after it address important security issues. So, what can I do about
this problem?
