Word HTML - Macromedia Contribute General Discussion

While reading through the doentation for my Dreamweaver 8 I found a section telling me how to cut & paste using Contribute from Word into the web page and the options of no formatting, basic, and all Word formatting. Default Word HTML

While reading through the doentation for my Dreamweaver 8 I found a section
telling me how to cut & paste using Contribute from Word into the web page and
the options of no formatting, basic, and all Word formatting. So I told my
Contribute user to use a different option than she had been using to avoid all
the extraneous markup which was appearing on the pages she edited. However she
didn't understand what I was talking about, so I went to her office and asked
her to log into her site and copy some text from Word - lo and behold there was
no way we could figure out how to restrict the Word formatting from being
included. This was an upgrade from a Contribute 2 site to Contribute 3. Is
there some setting somewhere to make this easier? Or do we have to put up with
    loads of extra code?

    Jill,

I too have seen alot of extra code getting copied from Word into Contribute.
It is a pain at times and I have not seen a perfect solution to dealing with
    this.

I am open to any suggestion that anyone has.
