Default Word to Contribute on a Mac

Is there any way easily bring a Word document into Contribute on a Mac? I tried
cutting and pasting, but some of the formatting (such as bulleted lists) was
lost and there were lots of local styles (font, size, etc) applied. I
understand that Windows users can import Word files easily (and don't
understand why we Mac folks can't have that functionality), and I wasn't aware
that there was a difference between platforms until I installed the software.

Thanks for the help! This will make a big different in whether I buy after my
trial period is over.

Default Re: Word to Contribute on a Mac

Hi Cancilla,

You may want to log a Wish feature request here -
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform

On mac, since Office was not that popular initially, probably that was the
reason why its not integrated. More over it depends on the compatibility of
applications doing so.

Incase Word on mac supports saving the document as .htm then try doing
that. And later try editing it.

Thanks
Arun
