Default Working with encrpyted html files

I would like to know if there are any currently available encrpytion program
for decoding html files supported by Contribute.
Right now, I can encrypt a file but it can't get display for obvious reason
    when I want to edit.

    Thanks,
    Joseph

Question: how did you get Contribute to encrypt a file? Can you be specific?
I know of no such thing!
