    I was able to accomplish wrapping the text by grouping the picture and text
    in a text box - worked perfectly.

    The results of that would be a new image of the text and original image. If
    you reviewed your code you would see that instead of having text on the web
    page and the original image you now have just an image being displayed of
    the combined elements. You can also right click that area on your web page
    and then select save picture as and save it locally, then browse to that
    file and look at it.

    Use a page layout app like InDesign or Quark ... or even Illustrator ... and save as a pdf. Acrobat isn't designed to create layouts.
