wrong column in Palm Desktop address book - Mac Applications & Software

When trying to get organized, I entered a bunch of names/addresses into Palm Desktop. Well, since the record on the left was for work address (or so I thought) and record on the right for home, I entered most of the peoples' addresses in the right hand one. Turns out, left one is "primary" and right is "secondary" -- I should have used the pulldown tab to change "work" to "home." Is there an easy way to move the data from the secondary address to the primary? Or an applescript that could be written? Thanks, Andrew...

Go to the Preferences >Contacts and you can change the "Default"setting
there ,I know that will change all future contacts but I think it will
also alter the "work/home"settings you already have.
If not you may have to do them one at a time unless someone else has a
    trick I don't know.

You can export your Palm Data to a tab-delimited, or CSV file (at least
I recall this is the case from the days in which I used it)...open it
with a text editor or Excel....do a search and replace for the strings
"work" and "home", and import it again.
