wth why dont it do it?

ok been using front page for a while now, and im not good at coding thats why
i use this program, anyways i use PHP news for my website, pretty much like
[url]www.naruto-kun.com[/url], this website i want it to do that on my website, with the
news and when you click a link it goes on them main page, anyways, i got all
the quick layout i made all smooth etc but when i try put text in it dont go
where i want it :S:S where is what i mean PLS HelP!

sorry i totally messed this up! what i ment to say is, I been using dreamweaver
for a few weeks now and i can do the coding ok, but i cant position my text in
the middle. could you help me?
