XHTML basic question
Hi!
My question might be dumb and very basic question....
Anyway, I'm totally new to XHTML but I'm recently thinking to move from HTML
to XHTML for web standard.
Then, I wonder if I can create a static web site with XHTML and CSS.
I have no experience with PHP and DB but only in creating weblog with Word
Press. I thought only xhtml and CSS is a set for a dynamic web page.
Also, is there any recommended book to learn XHTML and CSS for semi-beginners
like me?
Thanks,:confused;

Why are you thinking of doing this?
Of course you can.> Then, I wonder if I can create a static web site with XHTML and CSS.

Not at all.
For CSS try these links below. For XHTML, it's really just HTML with a few> Also, is there any recommended book to learn XHTML and CSS for

syntax restrictions - learn HTML and XHTML will be a simple minor change for
you....

Thanks for answering my dumb question, everyone!
I feel better now.
I just want to learn XHTML to get familiar with coding structure.

Re: XHTML basic question
Then learn HTML first, and then read about the differences. XHTML is HTML
with a few more syntactical restrictions to produce well formed markup.
