Yashica/Kyocera Customer Support
Yashica/Kyocera has terrible customer service/support. Since 8/5/03; I
have emailed them 3 times at Yashica@Kyocera.com. They have opened the
last 2, but have responded to none. I'm going to rush right out and
purchase another of their products :-(.

Re: Yashica/Kyocera Customer Support
Specifically, what are you looking for? It's just possible that what you
asked for, tech support is unable to give...
Did you try their 800 number or website?
"You may contact a technical support representative by calling
1-800-526-0266 or visiting http://www.yashica.com. "
Did you try "USA Technical support
(800) 421-5735 yashica@kyocera.com"
BTW, are you in the USA?

"I have a new Yashica Zoomate 150ef camera which, intermittently, after
exposing a random number of frames, resets the frame exposure counter to
1 or 0 even though there are still unexposed frames left on the film.
If it resets to 0 I must rewind the film rendering the remaining
unexposed frames useless. I am using Kodak Max Versatility 800 film.
Any ideas/suggestions? TIA."
If they are unable to help they can at least respond and let me know
that. I will never purchase another of their products nor will I
recommend them.
I didn't try to call them; nor will I. I already emailed them 3 times.>
