Default Yellow message bar missing on PDF form?

I created some PDF forms several months ago, and when I open them, there is a yellow bar on top stating "This document contains interactive form fields" with a box to highlight the fields. I recently created a new PDF form, but the yellow bar is missing now. I don't remember adjusting or saving the old files a special way, but I want the yellow bar on top and can't find a way to make it active so the person receiving it can see the fields. Can anyone shed a light on what I need to do? Thanks!

No. I didn't attach any special message or note. This yellow bar on top suppose to appear automatically in an opening PDF file when any text fields are created so the user can type in their own information.

    Steve,

Check Reader preferences>Forms and be sure that "Always hide forms document message bar" isn't checked.
