YIM Clone
I was wondering can the communication server be used for creating
individual2individual....type of meeting rooms.
Can i make something like YIm for example?With each user having there
own...list of users...and all the other features as well(see who is online or
not...)

Yes... absolutely.
It will take a fair bit of actionscript (both server side and client side), but all of teh facilities are there.
