I was helping a user who could no longer connect to her sites. So I went to My
Connections-> and deleted the connections to start from the beginning again.
When I used Connection wizard to set up a new connection, on the first page
where you specify the URL of the site I typed the address but I couldn't go to
the next page as I got error message "You already have connection to ... Try
another web address!"
I went back to my connection screen and I couldn't see the connection there.
Is there some xml file that I need to delete from the server to start from
again??
