"You can't edit this page because..."

    Default "You can't edit this page because..."

    I keep getting this message when I try to edit certain pages in Contribute. It
    says, "You can't edit this page now because JillG is currently editing it.
    Please choose Help > Macromedia Contribute Help for assistance."

    So it won't allow me on because I'm already using it! How do I get out of
    this problem? When I try to access the Help file through Macromedia Contribute
    Help, I get a totally empty window. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Jill,

    You may need to remove the local copy of the draft that is stored on your
    computer and have your site admin remove the lock file that corresponds to the
    page you are attempting to edit.

    I have run into this before and that was what I had to do for my users. The
    local draft location depends on the OS you are using. See the following
