You may not have permission...after writing file to CD
I'm probably doing something daft, but when I package my artwork and burn it to disk when I try to open it to check its OK I get the message:
Cannot open the document xxx. You may not have permission or the document may be open already.
Well even after re-starting the mac and relaunching InDesign it still comes up.
Please help.

That'll happen everytime if the ID file is in the root directory of the
CD. I seem to remember reading that if the file is in a folder you'll be
able to open it.
