Zoom by doesn't work
in the new adobe illustrator cs per win, ctrl + (alias zoom in) doesn't work.
First time I supposed a problem with the eps file opened, but problem persist also with new file.
How to contact adobe and get them to solve trouble?

I had the exact same problem. It turned out that the shortcut for Zoom In was set to CTRL+= and not CTRL++.
In the menu Edit>Keyboard Settings you can set the Zoom In function to whatever key you want (probably CTRL++ :) )
It works for me now.
