I've found many list like this and seems like they all favor Platinum SEO Pack over All-In-One SEO and I can't seem to get it out of my head.

Nice list, just make sure that you test a few of these, if you are running a windows iis server, not apache/linux they might not function correctly.

If you dont do web development fulltime I suggest working with a quality web developer who has used similar plugins and understands seo to get them setup, most developers will just add them, and you will have to login into admin and enable them.

If you cut corners with your developers by outsourcing to another part of the world, dont be suprised if you get left high and dry, pick a local developer, pay them reasonably and ontime and they will ensure that most things are done correctly and they will continue to work with you on the project.

If you cut corners, trust me you will get a developer who starts out cheap and just keeps finding ways to charge you for this and that, dont be cheap and your developer will often reward you with an amazing website.
