Linquist not Linguist is a pretty basic theme with great style. The posts and comments are displayed along with the images and I love it for its sheer serenity. Its a free theme inspired from Sharpfolio and the best of all, it’s free.
Free Photo Gallery
Free Photo Gallery is a perfect theme for those photo bloggers who want to display bigger sized images. The simple web page has links to other pages like About and other images and comment section below the image. The free version comes without any warranty or support and you’ll have to upgrade to premium theme if you want support. The premium version costs $29.95.
Clip the Photos
Clip the Photos is more proper Photo Blog theme based on WordPress as it gives you more options like categorizing images as well as writing captions. You can embed images from flicker to showcase it on this theme while it supports other similar services like Photobucket and Shutterfly as well. The theme can also be modified to put up videos instead of images. And yes, its completely free.
StudioPress Black
StudioPress is not completely a Photo Blog theme but it does hold enough to showcase your images. You can have posts and all other things you expect from your blog in this one. It has a sidebar where you may add widgets to make it look more in order. You can have the same theme in white background as well.
f8
F8 is a premium WordPress theme which gives you a professional look to your images. F8 features the images on its homepage which changes between a range of posts images. There are better versions of f8 but we chose this for its simplicity. The theme costs $75 and is good investment to showcase your portfolio.
Photopress Theme for WordPress
Photopress has been created keeping the photo bloggers in mind who prefer large area to show their images, You can have images of up to 640px on Photopress. There is not much clutter on the page which many of you would prefer. There are no sidebars in this one.
eGallery
eGallery is one of the best theme to showcase your images. It has some features which you don’t see in any other themes of this kind. It’s particularly nice if you want to encourage social interaction as readers can rate and comment on your images. It is compatible with all major web browsers.
ProPhoto
Pro Photo is a Photo Blog theme in true sense which allows you to display bigger images of up to 900×600 pixels. The sidebar has been omitted to make up space for images while there’s a Flashfader slideshow in header. It is bit expensive at $99 for a DIY package.

WP PIX
WP PIX is just another WordPress theme for Photoblogs and it also happens to lack any sidebar. The theme has an Accordion style sliders to show hidden content while it has been designed keeping Firefox in mind. It is completely free and you can download it to use it on your blog.

Gallery Pro Gallery theme is pretty soothing on your eyes and the theme uses custom field for better management of your posts.
Monochrome
Monochrome is a free widgetized theme with an AJAX slideshow, categorized posts and other customizations.

Modularity is theme built to showcase multimedia like images and videos. It has a highly customizable multimedia theme framework which lets administrators to control every aspect of design.
